广州地区烟粉虱寄主植物调查初报

调查记录了广州地区烟粉虱的寄主植物，经鉴定达46科123属176种（变种），主要集中在茄科、葫芦科、豆科、十字花科、菊料和大戟科，其中包括蔬菜、果树、花卉、园林植物、经济作物和杂草等。并根据寄主植物上烟粉虱的数量将烟粉虱的为害程度划分成4个不同的等级。     

我国农业产业化龙头企业营销前景的SWOT分析

根据企业营销理论中的SWOT(机会、威胁、优势、劣势)分析框架,对我国农业产业化的龙头企业所面临的营销总体环境进行了分析和研究,以使龙头企业能够有的放矢地、系统地推动自身营销工作的创新。     

黄河表层沉积物与稀土元素La~(3+)的交换吸附作用研究

采用现场采样及室内实验方法,研究了黄河表层沉积物与La^3 的交换吸附作用。结果表明,用Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程均能较好地反映La^3 在沉积物表面上的等温吸附过程,但以Langmuir方程拟合程度更好,黄河表层沉积物对La^3 的吸附强烈地受控于pH值在2-12这一宽广的pH范围内,La^3 黄河表层沉积物的交换吸附呈现随pH的增加而增大的总体趋势,在pH为2-7的范围内,随pH的增大,La^3 的吸附量逐渐增加,并在pH为6-7时达到最高值;当pH＞7时,随Ph的增大,La^3 的吸附量基本保持恒定,沉积物去除有机质后吸附能力下降了12.71%,与颗粒物中稀上元素有机物结合态所占比例相当.     

香蕉枯萎病拮抗菌筛选试验

将从香蕉土壤中分离出的7个不同性状的芽孢杆菌菌株以及荧光假单孢菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、细黄链霉菌等分别用于测试对香蕉枯萎病生理小种4号的拮抗作用。结果表明,10个菌株中荧光假单孢菌表现出对香蕉枯萎病生理小种4号菌丝生长有良好、稳定的抑制作用;荧光假单孢菌和XP菌株混合后,其抑菌作用得到加强,抑菌效果最好。     

“江农早4号A”的选育及不育系选育标准和途径的探讨

野败同型不育系“江农早 4号A” ,其保持系来源于“江农早 2号B”的姐妹系 ,经过 8年的选育 ,其株型与穗部性状得到明显改进 ,不育性稳定 ,配合力强 ,开花习性好 ,异交结实率高。用它配制的组合株型优良 ,抗性好 ,米质较优。分析了选育不育系的关键因素 ,提出了不育系选育标准并讨论了选育途径。     

杂交水稻新品种II优718产量结构分析与增产途径

本文通过II优718品种两年国家区试资料,分析了6个性状与产量的相关、回归与通径关系,建立了回归方程:Y=-7.6423 0.0181X1 0.0085X2 0.0144X3-0.0375X4 0.0713X5 0.1954X6;明确了各性状对产量的贡献大小顺序:每穗实粒数>每亩有效穗数>千粒重>生育期>株高>每穗总粒数。     

藏北黑颈鹤繁殖前期的昼间活动时间分配

2006年4～6月，采用焦点动物取样法和所有事件记录法，对藏北黑颈鹤Gins nigicollis繁殖前期的昼间行为进行了详细观测。结果表明：①黑颈鹤昼间行为活动时间分配具有一定的节律性。各种行为所占时间百分比大小依次为：取食43．69％，警戒21．78％，保养21．69％，运动7．57％，杂项3．18％，繁殖2．09％。②各种行为活动的时间分配在雌雄个体间具有一定的差异。雄鹤的警戒和运动行为比雌鹤高，且警戒行为具有极显著差异（P〈0．01），其他4种行为雌性较高。③黑颈鹤的各种行为表现出一定的节律性。11：00以前，各种行为活动相对稳定，11：00之后依次出现了3个取食高峰和1个保养高峰，且呈上升趋势；其他4种行为无明显峰值，并呈下降趋势。④雌雄鹤的取食、警戒和保养行为在不同时段上表现出同步性和异步性。雄鹤取食高峰集中在中午（12：00～14：00），雌鹤的取食高峰分散在一天中的早（8：00），中（12：00，14：00）和晚（17：00）3个时期。讨论了繁殖前期黑颈鹤性别间的行为差异，并与黑颈鹤东部种群以及其他鹤类的行为进行了对比。图2表1参35     

Advances in mechanisms of immunity enhancement induced by thermal ablation therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma

Image-guided tumor thermal ablation plays a key role in the management of hepatocellular carcinoma. Thermal ablation for hepatic tumors not only generates directly killing effect on liver tumors, but also improves the level of anti-tumor immunity of the host. Thermal ablation potentially affects the anti-tumor immunity in the following ways: (1) causing necrosis that is a source for intracellular antigens, and also inducing local inflammation, which further stimulates the antigen-presenting cells; (2) removing the tumor burden; (3) undergoing the process of heat shock in surviving tissue, leading to increase in the expression of heat shock proteins; (4) activating and enhancing tumor-specific T-cell responses. This review discusses these possible mechanisms.     

Construction of a lentiviral RNA interference vector targeting rat myocardin and its effect on vascular smooth muscle cell differentiation

AIM: To construct a lentiviral RNA interference(RNAi)vector targeting rat myocardin mRNA and to investigate its effect on the differentiation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs).METHODS: Three pairs of dsDNA targeting rat myocardin mRNA were designed, synthesized and cloned into lentiviral vector pGCSIL-GFP to generate pGCSIL-GFP-shMyocd lentvirus. A Flag-tagged myocardin-overexpression vector pEGFP-N1-Myocd was constructed with pEGFP-N1/X124G. After these two vectors were cotransfected into 293T cells, the flag protein was assessed by Western blotting to analyze the knockdown effect of pGCSIL-GFP-shMyocd. The expression of myocardin and SM22α was also detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting after the pGCSIL-GFP-shMyocd viruses were transfected into primary cultured rat aortal VSMCs.RESULTS: The rat myocardin lentviral RNAi vector pGCSIL-GFP-shMyocd and myocardin-overexpression vector pEGFP-N1-Myocd were successfully constructed. After these two kinds of vectors were cotransfected into 293T cells,the No.1 interfering vector displayed the highest inhibitory effect on flag expression.After the No.1 lentvirus at the titer of 1×10¹² TU/L was transfected into VSMCs, the myocardin and SM22α expression was significantly attenuated. CONCLUSION: The lentiviral pGCSIL-GFP-shMyocd RNAi vector is successfully constructed, which is useful for further study regarding the molecular mechanism of the phenotypic switching in VSMCs under special pathological conditions such as atherosclerosis. Inhibition of myocardin expression in VSMCs leads to the decrease in the expression of differentiation marker, and implies a crucial role of myocardin in VSMCs differentiation.
